Michelle Belmodis was born and raised in Hawaii and has lived in many states from the West Coast to the East, partly due to her love of travel and partly due to growing up as the daughter of a US Naval Officer. Pittsburgh’s Shadyside is now where she calls home. She comes from a background of 20 years in Sales experience, and understands the importance of getting to know her clients and listening to their needs and expectations. Her particular attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to assist her clients in their search of their dream home has set her apart from the rest.

Michelle has also worked in the medical industry assisting doctors and patients in both hospital and clinical settings. The need for compassion was met at every opportunity and the importance of building trust and confidence was obtained by her consistency and caring nature.

She entered the Real Estate world to pursue her interest in investment properties and quickly realized that she enjoyed helping others in different as well as the same aspects of the industry. The thrill of searching for a first home, the satisfaction of closing on a home and negotiating on behalf of a sellers best interest, as well as assisting fellow neighbors in obtaining profitable investments on residential and commercial properties.

During her free time, she enjoys gardening and riding her bike along the lake, including stops to picnic with her son near picturesque parks.
